Funding Collapse OS

I develop Collapse OS in my spare time and money doesn't motivate me. Some people are really inspired by Collapse OS and want to contribute financially, but I'm not planning on doing any crowdfunding: I don't trust the mob, I'm not going to beg it for money.

That being said, my income comes from me working as a software developer on modern technology. I don't work much because it pays well and I don't need much money. However, I wouldn't say no to the opportunity of entirely and definitively turning my back on modern technology without having to do some work that pays less by the hour.

So, I've been thinking. Maybe you happen to be rich and you also happen to be really inspired by Collapse OS. If that's the case, I wouldn't say no to your money. Something like 50k CAD a year would be plenty. What you would get in exchange is:

1. An immortan name (especially if your name is Joe) that will be part of religious litanies for the next few centuries (by that, I mean your name in AUTHORS). Unless you prefer to stay anonymous of course.
2. Boosted development time for Collapse OS.
3. You get to choose development priorities, as long as it fits the design goals.

It's a long shot, but I figure it's worth opening the door...

If you're rich but don't want to go quite all the way to 50k, let me know. Maybe we can get a few philanthropists to pool up together.
